Reservation &amp; Deposit<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"5\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Non-Refundable Retainer:<\/b> A <b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"27\">25% non-refundable deposit<\/b> is required to secure your session date and time. No date is held without a confirmed payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Final Payment:<\/b> The remaining balance is due <b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"44\">on or before<\/b> the day of the photo shoot. Digital files will not be released until the full balance is cleared.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Rescheduling &amp; Cancellations<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"7\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Notice Period:<\/b> If you need to reschedule, please provide at least <b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"66\">48 hours&#8217; notice<\/b>. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date (one-time move only) within 30 days.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Late Cancellations:<\/b> Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot result in a forfeiture of the deposit.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Late Arrival:<\/b> If you are more than <b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"35\">15 minutes late<\/b>, the time will be deducted from your session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session is considered a &#8220;No-Show,&#8221; and the deposit is forfeited.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Image Delivery &amp; Usage<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"9\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Turnaround Time:<\/b> Standard gallery delivery is <b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"46\">7\u201310 business days<\/b>. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Usage Rights:<\/b> Quamisimagery grants the client personal use rights. Commercial usage (advertising, billboards, or resale) requires a separate licensing agreement.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Artistic Credit:<\/b> We love seeing your photos online! Please tag <b data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"63\">@Quamisimagery<\/b> when posting on social media.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4.
