Quamisimagery | Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation & Deposit
Non-Refundable Retainer: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. No date is held without a confirmed payment.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photo shoot. Digital files will not be released until the full balance is cleared.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Notice Period: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date (one-time move only) within 30 days.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the time will be deducted from your session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session is considered a “No-Show,” and the deposit is forfeited.
3. Image Delivery & Usage
Turnaround Time: Standard gallery delivery is 7–10 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Usage Rights: Quamisimagery grants the client personal use rights. Commercial usage (advertising, billboards, or resale) requires a separate licensing agreement.
Artistic Credit: We love seeing your photos online! Please tag @Quamisimagery when posting on social media.
4. Technical & Safety
Location Fees: Clients are responsible for any entry fees, permits, or parking costs associated with the chosen location.
Weather: In the event of extreme weather (for outdoor shoots), Quamisimagery reserves the right to reschedule at no additional cost to the client.
